Shipping Policy
Neek Supplement ("us" and "we") is the operator of (https://www.neeksupplement.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the following terms. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement to protect each other and set expectations about our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to determine whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be replenished or whether you would prefer us to process a refund.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be charged at checkout. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return due to change of mind
Neek Supplement will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind, provided we receive a return request within 30 days of receiving the item and it is returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid for by the customer and you will be asked to arrange your own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed via email. (Neek Suplement) will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT
refund the value of any shipping paid.
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 National transit time
Domestic shipments are generally in transit from 2 to 7 days
4.2 International transit time
Orders shipped internationally are generally in transit from 4 to 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the country you are located in.
4.3 Shipping time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except for national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address
For shipping address change requests, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 PO Box Shipping
Neek Supplement will be shipped to PO Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Shipping to military addresses
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out of stock items and ship the remainder of the order.
4.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can carry out an investigation.
5. Notification tracking
For US orders, upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping provider.
For international orders, customers will not receive a tracking link. However, they will receive an email once the order is shipped.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service to advise of the next steps.
7. Tariffs and taxes

7.2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be required to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Neek Supplement encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Neek Supplement at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The cost of initial shipping will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
9. Insurance
Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier service.

Neek Supplement subscribers receive shipments each month containing a thirty-day supply of nutritional supplements, packaged for daily use. Neek Supplement provides an automatically recurring subscription service. As part of our subscription service, approximately every thirty days you will receive a package from Neek that includes your supplement order. Specific details about your order can be found in your account on the ("Account") page by accessing the Site. www.neeksupplement.com and accessing your Account details. WHEN YOU REGISTER, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (A) NEEK SUPPLEMENT (OR OUR THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR) IS AUTOMATICALLY AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU APPROXIMATELY EVERY THIRTY DAYS FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (IN ADDITION TOS OF ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) DURING THE TIME AS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES, AND (B) YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL AFTERS FROM THE SECOND CYCLE YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR STOP PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE SITES OR PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NEEK SUPPLEMENT WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR SUCH AUTOMATIC RECURRING PAYMENTS. YOU MAY SKIP YOUR RECURRING ORDER AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE BY MANAGING YOUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE ON YOUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE PAGE.
11.1Cancellation Policy
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT. AFTER THATS FROM THE SECOND CYCLE, YOU CAN CANCEL BY CONTACTING US AT INFO@NEEKSUPPLEMENT.COM, BUT IF YOU CANCEL LATERS YOUR NEXT SHIPMENT HAS BEEN PREPARED (5 DAYS BEFORE PAYMENT DAY) OR SHIPPED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES (INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) INCURRED PRIOR TO CANCELLATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. In the event that you cancel your Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications unless you opt out of receiving such communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.
